London Wall Place, Moorgate

London Wall Place is a 500,000 sq ft scheme designed by MAKE featuring two landmark office buildings amongst an extensive, landscaped public realm. The hope for the regeneration of this section of London Wall is that it will bring renewed vibrancy to one of London's most important districts.

The two buildings have been designed to enable half of the site to be dedicated to open space, creating a new destination for the area through a series of gardens set amongst historic monuments including the Roman City Wall and St Alphage Church Tower's remains.

Workstream provided a number of personnel for this site for some of our most high profile clients including; a Site Manager for ANS Group Ltd who was responsible for the 35,000 sq ft garden roofs on top of the buildings, a Site Manager for the Curtain Walling and Facade elements of the project for Permasteelisa Ltd, an Engineer for Frosts Landscape Construction Ltd and a Health & Safety Manager for Glass Tech Fixings Ltd.
