Telesales PeopleSummary
DetailsWorkstream needs experienced telesales people to help drive our ongoing expansion programme. These jobs are based at our head office, situated in a pleasant rural location between Buckingham and Bicester. If you have energy and enthusiasm, and a hunger to succeed in recruitment sales, we would love to hear from you. Rewards for the right people are high, and promotion to recruitment consultant level is a natural next step. <% case 2%>Recruitment ConsultantsSummary
DetailsIf you’re a dynamic person with a great track record in recruitment sales and a highly customer-focused attitude, this is definitely the job for you! Workstream needs self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic consultants who can thrive in a high pressure (but fun and very rewarding) environment. There are openings nationwide for the right people. Previous construction industry experience would be good but is not essential — full training will be given. <% case 3%>Site Coordinator, Central RegionSummary
DetailsWith offices nationwide, Workstream is one of the UK’s most successful construction recruitment agencies. Our Bicester head office accommodates the recruitment teams serving our Central Region, which comprises Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. We are now looking for a highly organised self-starter to take on the new role of Labour Coordinator in support of the Trades & Labour desk in this region. The Central Region Labour Coordinator has a brief to organise the labourers and tradespeople we provide clients on a daily basis. He or she will take responsibility for the on-site recruitment and management of suitable candidates, ensuring that our operatives reflect the high standards of service Workstream’s clients have come to expect. Regular interaction and cooperation with our clients' own managers and staff will also be an important part of the job. The Labour Coordinator’s role is likely to appeal to people from a construction site background who are now looking to develop their career in a professional capacity. Applicants must have good construction industry experience, preferably in a trade. A Construction Skills Certification Scheme card would also be a useful asset, although Workstream will arrange CSCS registration and testing for the right person. Since a large proportion of the Labour Coordinator’s work will be on site, the successful candidate will be required to accept a high degree of flexibility and mobility. This is a demanding, high pressure role with rewards to match. Salary is negotiable according to experience but on-target earnings are unlikely to fall below £35,000 per annum. The total package on offer includes a company vehicle, mobile phone, health insurance and pension provision after a qualifying period. <% case 4%>Regional Managers, NationwideSummary
DetailsWith offices across the South of England, Workstream is already one of the UK’s most successful construction recruitment agencies, specialising in the provision of temporary site personnel at every level. We have recently embarked on an ambitious expansion programme that will lead to the development of additional regional-based operations across the UK over the next 18 months. These new operations are key to our plans for nationwide growth. We are now looking for a highly motivated, customer focused recruitment professional to head up our operations and develop our business in the new Workstream regions. The Regional Managers’ remit will be to grow sales of Workstream’s recruitment and equipment hire solutions to new and existing clients in the new regions in line with the corporate plan. Reporting directly to the managing director, the Regional Managers will actively promote our brand within the construction sector throughout the region. Key account responsibility forms an integral part of the brief, as does the recruitment and management of strong local teams. The Regional Managers will be fully accountable for P&L and will enjoy virtually a free hand to initiate the activities required to build long term relationships with construction industry clients and operatives. Successful candidates will be high calibre individuals, who can display a rare combination of construction recruitment experience, entrepreneurial flair, and hands-on business development and leadership/man-management skills. There is a degree of flexibility in the geographical bases of the roles initially, but ultimately our Regional Managers will be expected to live within easy travelling distance of the intended office sites. Ideally, candidates will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
The Regional Manager roles are pivotal to Workstream’s ambitions for nationwide growth and the rewards on offer are commensurate with the levels of responsibility that go with the job. On-target earnings are likely to be in excess of £45,000 per annum and the package on offer includes a company car, mobile phone, health insurance and pension provision after a qualifying period. Workstream positively welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates, no matter what their age, race, gender or lifestyle. Unfortunately, we can only accept applications from people who have right of residence in the European Union. <% end select %> Other vacancies
