Main Contractor requires two Site Managers with experience of extensions and fit out work to commercial retail outlets. Current vacancies are based in Essex. Applicants must have relevant experience with commercial new build, refurbishment and fit out contracts. All candidates will be CSCS accredited and hold first aid certificates and formal health & safety qualifications, including SMSTS IOSH or NEBOSH. These are fast track projects that require both night and day managers who are able to work to tight deadlines in order to deliver projects on time and to budget.
