Main Contractor requires permanently employed Site/Finishes Manager to start immediately on a high specification new build project in North London. The role will focus on residential interiors and it is highly desirable that applicants have a trade background in carpentry or joinery and experience within a management position. The successful candidate will have experience working on high specification residential developments or one off luxury builds. Management or supervisory qualifications such as SMSTS, IOSH, first aid and CIOB are not essential for the role but will add value to your application. This is an excellent opportunity to join a a construction company specialising in high specification developments in the residential and commercial sectors.
