Our rapid growth means we now need an additional Recruitment Consultant at our Sheffield office. We are looking for candidates offering a close match with the following qualities:  

• Direct experience of a successful sales in the construction recruitment sector or a similar recruitment environment.
• A hard working, entrepreneurial spirit with a burning ambition to develop their recruitment career and earn the high rewards commensurate with outstanding performance.
• An outgoing, enthusiastic personality with the confidence (and competence) required to work with the full range of people working in the construction sector, from site labourers to board-level directors.
• The ability to deal calmly, confidently and professionally with pressure, whether from clients, candidates or colleagues.
• The ability to work happily with sophisticated office systems, to cope with the demands of accurate data entry and maintenance, and a good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications such as email and word processing.
• A willingness to learn and/or initiate business processes that enhance Workstream’s ability to deliver solutions to its clients.

The package on offer for Workstream’s Recruitment Consultant role is negotiable according to the skills and experience candidates bring to the table and will not be an issue for the high quality individual we seek.
