Underground Surveys

Extending existing structures, particularly where foundations need to be formed through slabs, will almost certainly necessitate an underground survey. Workstream’s engineering teams undertake such surveys, placing electronic nodes in all pipework, and using either CAT scanners or infra red cameras to detect electrical cables, etc. The positions of all underground services are then drawn up to ensure the new design will not adversely impact on them. We also conduct CCTV surveys to check for cracks or leakages in pipes before and after the works.
