Topographical and Building Surveys

Workstream delivers topographical and measured building surveys for a wide range of clients and purposes. Some clients use our building surveys to record newly completed structures (particularly those subject to disputes), while others may be planning for the refurbishment of old or derelict premises, or changes to modern properties that are no longer suited to their current application.

Likewise, Workstream’s range of topographical surveys encompasses every requirement from basic outline and grid of levels to a complete record of features such as elevations, sections and services. Whatever the job, our survey teams have the skills, experience and equipment to ensure their work is conducted with minimal disruption to our clients’ activities whether indoors or out. Our instruments are also sophisticated enough to allow remote surveying of “hard-to-access” areas. Deliverables include drawings in either hard copy or electronic format (or both), full reporting, and As Builts where appropriate. 24-hour online access to every file is also available as part of the service.
